Our service and operator

These terms apply to Astra.Directory, operated by Continual Labs Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17387340, at 23 Oaklands Road, Northfleet, Gravesend, England, DA11 8PA. Contact hello@astra.directory. The site is an independent editorial directory and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.

Browsing, accounts and editorial submissions are open to the public. Optional placements are available after editorial approval. You must verify your email address or sign in with Google before saving private account content.

Your account

Use an email address you control and accurate information. You must be at least 18 to create an account or purchase a placement. Keep access to your email, Google account and authenticator secure. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use. Do not circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic or use the site unlawfully.

Sharing and reviewing content

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting, you confirm you own or have permission to share it and give us a non-exclusive license to store, process and display the approved content, credited images and project links in the directory and its editorial newsletter. The license lasts while we maintain the listing and covers technical copies reasonably needed to operate the service. You can request removal.

We review submissions and revisions and may request changes, decline publication, correct factual errors or remove material for editorial fit, rights complaints or safety. We aim to explain decisions and provide a way to respond. Published edits require review while the previous version remains available. Your contact email is not part of a public listing.

Optional placements

Approved listings may purchase a featured placement for $19 USD for seven days. Approved sponsors may purchase a $75 USD seven-day sponsorship. The homepage has six featured positions and one sponsorship position. Placements are labeled and do not buy an editorial recommendation, ranking, impressions, clicks or sales.

The booking states the start and end dates in UTC, price and currency. Dates start at midnight UTC tomorrow or later. Inventory is reserved for 30 minutes during checkout and is confirmed only by a verified payment. A late payment for unavailable inventory enters refund resolution. There is no automatic renewal. By booking a selected date, you request the service to start on that date; this does not remove consumer rights.

Availability, cancellation and remedies

You can cancel before a placement starts for a full refund. Contact us about undelivered service, errors or statutory cancellation rights; the Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. We may remove unlawful or misleading advertising and will assess any refund fairly in the circumstances.

We take reasonable care to run the site but cannot promise uninterrupted service, a specific review time, or the availability and safety of external projects. We will address paid service failures with an appropriate remedy or refund. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Restrictions, closure and changes

We may restrict accounts where necessary to investigate abuse, protect others or comply with law, and normally explain the reason and offer a contact route. You may request account deletion; applicable financial records and unresolved orders can require retention.

We may update these terms for changes to the service or law and publish the effective date. Material changes to an existing paid booking will not be imposed retroactively without the customer’s agreement or a fair cancellation remedy.

Disputes

Please contact hello@astra.directory first with an order reference or project link so we can resolve the issue. English law governs these terms. Consumers retain mandatory protections and access to courts available under the law of their place of residence.
