Creator and seller terms

Your account and work

You must be at least 18, have authority to act for any business you represent, and provide accurate information. Your public creator name, profile address, bio, and chosen website appear on your profile. Your sign-in email is private. Do not impersonate another creator, OpenAI, or the Astra team.

Submit only work you own or have permission to distribute under the stated license. Credit third-party material and comply with its license. Identify AI-assisted work honestly. A build may be linked to your resource only if it is an approved listing owned by your account; a curated showcase listing is not permission to sell someone else’s prompts.

Do not upload malware, secrets, stolen content, unlawful material, concealed data collection, or code intended to bypass permissions. Describe required credentials and permissions without including actual secrets. Supply readable setup instructions, supported versions, limitations, and accurate support commitments.

Review and publication

Listing details and revisions require editorial review. Existing approved content stays public while a replacement is reviewed. We may request changes, reject, unpublish, or remove material and normally explain the reason. Contact hello@astra.directory to question a decision.

You retain rights in your work. You grant Astra permission to host, display, review, and distribute it to entitled users as needed to provide the service. We keep purchased versions available under their original licenses, including after you unpublish, except where a refund, security issue, infringement, or legal obligation requires restriction.

Commission, payment, and payouts

Astra’s commission is 5% per successful paid digital sale, calculated on the resource price before tax and rounded to the nearest cent. Stripe’s processing fees and any applicable currency conversion, dispute, or account fees are separate. Free resources have no platform sales commission.

Paid sales require Stripe Connect eligibility, completed identity and business verification, and an enabled payment account. Stripe handles payments and automatic payouts according to the connected account’s schedule, verification status, balance, and provider terms. Astra does not guarantee an immediate or fixed-date payout.

Complete Stripe onboarding with accurate business and bank information. Review Stripe’s terms and applicable fees there. Stripe can delay, restrict, or reverse transactions. We may pause new sales while account requirements, complaints, refunds, or disputes are unresolved.

Refunds, records, and tax

You authorize Astra to administer purchase support and justified refunds, including statutory remedies, duplicate charges, undelivered content, and upheld infringement reports. Full refunds also return Astra’s application fee. Stripe determines how its processing fees and balances are treated. Cooperate with reasonable requests for evidence in a dispute.

Keep appropriate sales and expense records, provide truthful seller disclosures, and meet tax obligations that apply to you. Platform tax obligations are assessed separately; a connected account or a statement that a seller is not VAT registered does not determine the marketplace’s VAT responsibilities. Paid checkout will remain unavailable until the operator’s required payment and tax setup is complete.

We retain restricted transaction and contract records for up to six years where necessary for accounting, tax, disputes, and legal claims. Deleting your Astra login does not close your independent Stripe account or cancel obligations already incurred. Pending payments, refunds, or disputes must be resolved before erasure can finish.

Services and leaving the platform

Service listings offer introductions and private quote conversations only. You set and agree any service contract and payment outside Astra. Do not imply that a quote request is an Astra-guaranteed booking or that Astra holds the client’s money.

You can unpublish resources and request account deletion. Existing licenses, buyer remedies, payment adjustments, and necessary record retention survive withdrawal. Contact hello@astra.directory for removal requests or disagreements with moderation.
